Petkim has changed its capital structure from paid-up capital system to the authorized capital system with the capital ceiling of 300.000.000 TL with the approval dated 27.11.1998 number 7478 of Prime Ministry Privatization Administration and permission dated 07.12.1998 number 116/1376 of the Capital Market Board.
Our Company has increased its capital from 117.000.000 TL to 204.750.000 TL with the decision dated 19.04.2001 number 1022 / 17 of Board of Directors and document regarding the completion of capital increase dated 30.10.2001 number 2461 of the Capital Market Board.

 

By making use of the exception provided for in sub-clause 7 of Article 4 of Capital Markets Board’s “Communiqué on the Principles concerning Registered Capital System” (Serial IV, No: 38) denoted as “Upper limit of Registered Capital may be exceeded for once only by means of adding all intracompany resources to the capital other than increase in cash” and document regarding the completion of capital increase dated 29.06.2010 number 54-541 of the Capital Market Board, Our Company has increased its capital through bonus issues by % 388 from 204.750.000 TL be increased to 1.000.000.000 TL.
